Overview
Atrium Studio's product org was scaling fast but the design and engineering teams were diverging. Components were being rebuilt three or four times across surfaces, and every new hire spent weeks just learning the vocabulary.
We audited every surface, extracted a minimal token set, and built a component library in React and React Native that shares primitives across web, iOS, Android, and tvOS. The system is documented with live Storybook examples, automated visual regression tests, and a contribution guide that lets any engineer ship a new component in under a day.
