Overview
Lumen's smart mirrors come in forty-two finish and frame combinations. Their old configurator was a dropdown menu with flat swatches — conversion was terrible.
We replaced it with a WebGL configurator that renders the active configuration in real time under three lighting scenarios: daylight, tungsten, and overcast. Materials are parameterised PBR shaders so the finish reads correctly regardless of the viewing angle. The add-to-cart flow is one click from any configuration state.

Outcome
Configurator engagement up 3× versus the previous version. Average order value increased by 22 % as customers upgraded finishes they could now properly evaluate.
